Who do I report a weak signal to at Verizon? It's terrible and Harleysville, PA is not a super small town. The signal has been poor here forever.

Keeping you connected is essential, psu1999. We'd love to take a closer look at these signal concerns, and help find a solution. Could you please tell us a bit more about the weak signal you experience? What signal status do you see on your device when this occurs? Does this happen both indoors and outdoors?

I'm sorry to hear you are having service issues. We would love to help. Does service improve outside? Any other Verizon devices having issues? How far do you have to travel to get good service?-Joe

Does service improve outside? No it does not. I can walk or drive around in a mile or 2 radius and it's still 1 bar. I have 30 employees in our building that all have the same issue with Verizon. I have done all the trouble shooting with verizon for my phone and others here. The cell signal is weak.
Any other Verizon devices having issues? yes, many different iphones and androids. They all have the same problem. Everyone that lives in Harleysville, PA and has verizon has poor service.
How far do you have to travel to get good service? 2+ miles away to get good service but I never get 5G. When can you get the signal stronger?

Seconding this. Not having a signal near my house in Harleysville or in the immediate area is very disruptive, especially as it relates to business calls. As the original poster mentioned, Harleysville is relatively well populated and a growing community, mostly with an increasing younger demographic who are heavy device users.

Hey there, psuchris2002, we know how important it is to stay connected while at home. What are you seeing for service in yoru home area? How are voice, text, and data affected? How far away from your home do you have to travel before service improves?
