Well its been real verizon. After holding on for a couple years waiting for towers to catch up in my area, you lost 7 accounts. Congratulations. After my plan was switched without authorization when one family member changed carriers, I told you I was leaving and I did. I was willing to pay more for customer service, now I talk to a computer who puts me in a loop just to be disconnected if I dont click on the chat. Its amazing how low the customer experience has gotten with verizon. When I finally luck out and reach a real person, they cannot speak english, and do not understand the services well enough to help. I have not dropped one call on my new carrier. You want to know why people are leaving you need to listen to long time customers, and stop treating people like account numbers.
