The past two years my cellular service has gotten increasingly worse usually only in the Woburn mass area, especially when I’m at home. Someone I live with who has a different carrier has perfect signal with the same exact phone. I live in Woburn Massachusetts, I’ve contacted Verizon multiple times troubleshot plus every trick I’ve read online with no resolution wasted countless hours, I will never get back. I’ve been with Verizon for a very long time. That’s the only reason I haven’t changed yet and my mother is on my account and her area not as bad! Last time they tried to help me I lost all service altogether because they were trying to drop me needing a SIM but I had no other device to click on a link. She apparently sent me because she shut my service off for everything. What a nightmare that was! However this week I’m looking into new service #DroppedCalls
