Last month I signed up for the military discount because it said $25 off 2 lines. I read the terms and conditions and it stated nothing about making my bill higher or that I could not combine. Upon receiving my first bill I noticed it was $15 higher because I previously held the loyalty discount of $40/2 lines. I immediately contacted Verizon however nobody seems to care. I’ve asked to cancel my military discount of $25 reinstate the $40 discount however I’m being told nope, to bad once it’s cancelled you cannot get it back. So much for being a loyal customer. 18 years for what? Time to switch I think.

Msp747, I want to make sure you get the best possible discount and we're going to make sure we're doing everything we can to help you. Please be on the lookout for a Private Message so we can make things right. We appreciate your 18 years of loyalty, and don't want to see you go.

@vzw_customer_support Thank you, I just got done chatting with yet another agent whom stated that the discount could and not be reinstated. I am not asking for both, I am asking to reinstate what I previously had since I am not paying higher. I will be on the lookout for a message.

It is NOT fair at all. I am livid. I have been with Verizon for a long time too. I have ALWAYS paid with chime debit card, but u don't get discount anymore unless it's checking acct w routing number but not w chime! That's crazy! It's all same place. I'm looking for a new carrier
