MMS issues - not able to send or receive

I have had this issue for almost a year now. I have three lines and only two of my three lines can send/receive MMS. I have been on the phone with technical support and have been to the store trying to get this resolved. I believe I need help from advanced technical support. It's not my phone or the messaging app because it happens on both messaging apps and all the phones. If it can't get resolved, I will be looking for a new provider.

Phones are Google Pixel 6A

We never want to se you leave us. We are here to help. Can you send regular text messages NAH78? What about data can you use the browser? Which messaging app are you using?  -Joe

I am able to send regular text messages and use the browser. Two phones use the Verizon messaging app and the other uses the app on the phone.

Advanced support told me it was fixed, but it's not.  Didn't contact me to verify. Now starting over with 1st level support, restarting phones, resetting apps. So frustrating.
