I went into Verizon today to get my bill sorted out as I was double charged for my first month of service. After the in store representative requested to escalate the situation to a supervisor. This supervisor then engaged in a screaming match over the phone. He ended up calling us “stupid.” How can I file a formal complaint? I know the supervisor’s name and he still never resolved our issue after resorting to childish name calling.
