I opened up a new account and transferred 3 lines over to Verizon and got a new iPhone 15 and iPad when doing the transfer. I then tried to upgrade my other older device and ordered a new iPhone 15, which was put on hold. I spoke with the fraud department over the phone and they told me I had to verify my identity, I submitted my state driver's license and my leasing agreement to them. They came back and said they could not verify my identity and then placed all of my lines on suspension. I called the fraud department back and spoke with a rep who asked me to verify a few questions over the phone which I did. In the end, they said they still could not verify my identity and I asked them why that was and what I could do to fix the issue. They just told me that they aren't allowed to disclose any information on this account. I asked to speak with a supervisor, I spoke with the supervisor and he told me the same thing and didn't answer any questions. So now Verizon has taken my money, locked all my phone numbers, locked my devices, and will give me 0 explanation for any of it. What is there to do beyond this point at this point it seems like Verizon is committing fraud.
