Midnight reset of data

If my billing date is the 3rd of the month, does my data usage reset at midnight as the 2nd becomes the 3rd, or as the 3rd becomes the 4th?

IHJ, this means you start a new billing cycle on the 4th of each month. Your new billing cycle starts on the 4th once it reaches midnight on the night of the 3rd. Does this provide clarity?
