Why does Verizon require military veterans to go through a third-party site that requires us to pay for an additional subscription service in order to verify our veteran status? This is absurd! I can't even find a corporate email to send a complaint to. Why is it that civilian employees can simply send in a pay stub for verification but veterans have to pay a fee? T-Mobile never gave me this much headache.
