I'm less than pleased that I received something asking me to re-enroll for my military discount. I will always be a veteran and that never changes. There's absolutely no reason that I should have to give you all the information that I've already given you, years ago, and I have never had to redo this before. More and more I am finding reasons not to be with a Verizon. If this really does reach a retention department and someone wants to retain my service, I would advise you guys to get your ducks in a row real quick and give me a call.
