Mind boggling poor customer support

There is Gell and then there is Verizon Gell. Which is worse I can not say because I have only been to Verizon Gell which includes:
1. Phone calls that go nowhere
2. Chat boxes that crash
3. Agents who say they follow through
4. Somewhere Verizon must believe in customer satisfaction or I am spinning my wheels?
