Hey Verizon,
How do I get a hold of a Verizon representative thatโs not an entry-level customer service rep?
I traded in a phone almost a year ago and still have not seen any credits on my account.
For the past almost full year I have gone back-and-forth with multiple agents at least one per month, sometimes from Mexico, sometimes from America, sometimes from Asia, who promise to look into my case, and follow up with me, but nothing ever comes it.
Iโve mailed certified letters to the correspondece team but never hear back.
Iโve asked to speak to supervisors, but for some reason every time I do all supervisors are unavailable or currently in meetings.
Short of writings letters to your excutive board what else can I do to speak to someone who can actually help me?

- Did you ever get help with your missing credits? I'm still trying to figure out who will actually help me with the same thing. I keep getting referred back to the guy at the store that gives me very vague answers but no help.
