I own an HVAC business. Have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years. I keep getting messages from clients complaining of me missing calls and not returning them. I don’t return them because my phone doesn’t even ring. My reception at my house is about worthless. If I drive a mile down the road my service works fine. I cannot continue with this service without a change. Customer service always tell me to reset my network stats, but that does absolutely no good. Is there something that can be done or will I have to look at other options?
Good morning, Ryanmdraper. I know how important it is to stay connected at all times. Especially when you need your service to run a business. I'm so sorry you are experiencing these service issues. I would be a lot frustrated and concerned as well.
