Mobile email charges

I just recently bought the Samsung Rogue and updated to the connect plan.  So I can access mobile email and not have to pay the $5 monthly subscription, however, I will still have to pay $1.99 per megabyte...Is this correct??

The Connect plan gives you unlimited megabyte usage as well as the Mobile Email subscription. It's all bundled into your plan, so you will not pay $1.99 per megabyte or $5/month for Mobile Email.
