Verizon tell people to return the phone to ups for exchange but they lie ones you return the phone they will not cancel service they continue to charge you until they get the phone so you be stuck on a contract and a phone that you send back to them and you can't buy nothing more because it will takes them month to see if they decide if they going to cancel line verizon it's not a good company they else don't let you put nothing bad here .
