I placed an order to upgrade my phone over the phone.  I signed an agreement & my card was ran for the upgrade fee & taxes. 

I was told my phone would be delivered next day by 8pm. That never happened because VERIZON cancelled my order. The shipping of the phone was redirected back to the warehouse. 

I was not refunded my money or able to upgrade in store or over the phone because the phone has not been checked in. It is sitting at the doc. 

I have went to the Verizon store THREE times to be embarrassed after “agents” on the phone said I can go in store to get the phone & the workers inside the store said it can’t be done.

I was told I have to wait until they check the phone in & verifiy its there. Meanwhile I never received the phone. 

This is the worst upgrade experience.

We are concerned to learn about your upgrade experience. We know you are looking forward to receiving your new device. Is the device showing returned back to the warehouse now? Have you received any updates?
