I have been on the phone multiple times this week with Verizon with no resolutions. So far a terrible experience!
I transferred in 5 NEW lines this week-received 3 new phones and 2 carrry over phones.
I have had service issues with all 5 lines. For my line I also wanted to change from 14 to 14+ and was told that was no problem since it has been 2 days. I now hear that the 14+ which I was told was being delivered today has not been ordered. I have been on calls with customer care and technical departments multiple times for about 8 hours this week and I still have no resolution. If anyone knows how to reach a manager or how to escalate to a proper person who can handle and remedy my situation it is appreciated.

Having to make multiple contact attempts for an issue is already not a great experience on top of those issues not being resolved. I know that this would frustrate me in the same way, JR1008.
