I think I said the don't accept or don't run when my iPhone said there was a carrier update. How can I verify that I have the most recent carrier update?
Great question! Just go to Settings> General> Software Update. From here simply chose to update your device.

You can start the Google account recovery process here to initiate the password a reset- https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery
Or you can do an alternate factory reset on your phone, while it would delete everything from your device you can re-sync anything you've previously backed up.
