Moto e5 go network locked

Supposedly on the Verizon systems it's showing them that it's already unlocked but whenever I put any other carriers SIM card in the phone immediately informs me that it is network locked and asks for a sim network unlock code/pin.. the code that I'm continuously given isn't working obviously. I have talked to chat and to telephone reps multiple times and keep getting the same run around. The other carrier SIM cards are active and not locked that I have tried.. the only sims that have worked so far have only been Verizon. And the whole time on the top left hand corner of the phone it says "Network Locked". So how can this be but yet on the Verizon end it's showing that it's already supposedly unlocked..? I just would like to finally get this phone truly network unlocked cause I have been running in this never ending circle now for about 2 months!!!
