Me and my family noticed this issue on Nov. 28, 2023. We have 5 devices on our account, and all 5 can recieve calls and texts just fine but the internet part of our data doesn't work unless we have 5G-UW. We've been on the phone with Verizon more times than I can count and they want to do the normal troubleshooting stuff which does absolutely nothing. And the following info is for the Verizon Techs. I live at the zip code 29842. And I have a Samsung Galaxy S21, a Samsung Galaxy Tab A, and 3 Samsung Galaxy S22s on my account and they're all doing the same thing. If 5 devices messed up at the same time then I need to play the lottery. We aren't the only ones having trouble out here either. My Grandfather and my Aunt live within 1,000 feet of us, and they are both having the same trouble. I firmly believe Verizon is doing something with the towers and they aren't telling us because I've done my research over the past few days and people from different parts of the country are having the same issues. I got a $100 credit on my bill from Verizon because of the internet I'm paying for on my phones and tablet and not getting. And I am going to continue to call every month until they decide to listen to me and fix this and get a $100 credit every month.

Hello, Grimlock98. Having access to all the functions of your phone is a must and help is here. Thank you for all the steps you have taken to resolve this and my apologies to hear you are still enduring issues. We will be taking a fresh look at this issue so we will need to ask you some questions and my apologies if you have already provided these answers. I see you stated it's all the lines on the account. This is very crucial. Where exactly does this happen. I see you provided the zip code but where? For example, does this happen at your home?

This is an issue with Samsung phones. Before it was that a lot of Samsung phones wouldn't get internet when the phone went into 5G UW because Verizon's 5G UW service is C-band, which many Samsung phones either didn't recognize or didn't support. But your case sounds like the band selection got messed up somehow to where your phones aren't recognizing any other bands except C-band. There used to be an app you could use to select which bands to use, but I think it would then make the phone only use selected band until you manually switched it to something else. Have heard Samsung disabled that app or some such... Have you tried seeing if there are any software updates to download?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
