My Numbers App 2nd Line

I have been attempting use the My Numbers app by Verizon for about a month and have had nothing g but issues. Notifications are routinely delayed, call quality is horrendous, and quite frequently the app just does not work at all. I will try to dial a number a d it simply does not work, I also routinely miss calls due to the app not functioning properly. With that being said does anyone know of any settings or procedures that can be done to possibly remedy this? The app is current updated to the latest version...

I'm very sorry you're having this trouble. I know how important it is to make sure you can get all your calls and fully use that second number. Is your first number also on Verizon? Do you have any issues with signal quality on that number? -Andrew
