My brother died recently and I need to cancel his service. I am the trust administrator, have his death certificate, and am told I need to travel 90 miles round trip to do this. Ridiculous, and quite concerning for a person with vulnerability during Covid-19! Everything else I have handled so far in estate matters has been much simpler. Why does Verizon insist on this very complicated procedure? I don't have a problem driving 5 to 10 miles, but this is really extreme. There's gotta be a better way.

I'm not sure where this is going, but Verizon SIUCKS, My brother is dead and they want his blood and don't give a shlt about wasting my (administrator) time. 60 miles and not les than 10 hours of time. HOW is this worth $200? I am sending them a bill for MY time!
And then the have the nerve to sanitize my comments....
