Hello, ASJ5, thanks for reaching out in reference to your service. Can you provide additional details as to what's going on with your service? When did this issue start? How are voice, text, and data affected?

I have tracked the deterioration of cell service from verizon over the kast 2 years. It has never been great, but it is slowly deteriorated down to five megabytes per second at best. Never more than two bars. I've been tracking it on Ookla speed test.
Smurph64, we always want to make sure that you're receiving the best available service in your area. Please tell us, does this happen only in certain areas? To clarify, does this occur both indoors and outdoors?
