I switched to Verizon last November 2023. Since then cellular data is not working on my phone. We tried their troubleshooting service and it was complete waste of time.
Worst was when we lost the power and then we realized that we can’t send text with Verizon during power outage. Though we changed settings in all possible ways to make it work.
Same scenario is with other phones on same line.
Just waiting good time to move away from it.
