My ecomm website is not working on Verizon LTE, however works on at-home WiFi, and other services.

I manage a website and it seems that Verizon LTE is not able to find the website. However, when I switch to at-home WiFi (Spectrum) it works. (I tested this on Mobile and Desktop)
When asking people to test/reproduce the issue, it seems to be a Verizon-only issue.
What does this mean, and how can I resolve this?
Is my site being flagged? If so, how can I fix this problem?
