My husband and I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S III mini and a Droid Mini by Motoral. At first the reception was OK, notice I said OK, not good. After about 3 months we are not getting our email notifications (sometimes for 2 days), we are having dropped calls in the middle of conversations, we have to go outside to make a phone call and it must be in the front of the house, the back yard won't hack it. We were told that we would have good reception and that even was going to get better in Ste. Genevieve, Mo. I don't know if you don't have any towers here or what but this is becoming very frustrating. My husband missed a voice mail to make an appointment for a C-scan for Kidney failure. We received it two days later and he was supposed to have the procedure the day we got the voicemail but it was to late. We were able to reschedule but this is not the point. If we can not depend on Verizon for getting our phone calls, messages, and voice mail to us, what are we to do. I also have tried getting my email and sometimes it will not refresh so I can check them and I can't download photos at certain times. We have both done the *228 thing until we are blue in the face. Is it our phone or is it Verizon. If it's our phone why in the world did you sell them to us. If it's Verizon why did you tell us we would get good reception. Completely dis-satisfied.
