My service suspended but bill paid

My service has been suspended all day now and says a past due amount owed but shows $0.00 due. I even received a text service restored but phone still doesn’t work! I can’t receive any assistance

Hello, Maljking. Thanks so much for this information. Ensuring you have your service is a must. Let's work together to figure this out. Since paying the bill, have you ensured Wi-Fi is off. Next, while Wi-Fi is off, restart the phone so that once it powers up, the phone connects to the Verizon network. Once the phone is on (while Wi-Fi is still off) please attempt to use it. Make a call or attempt to complete a web search for something and let me know if it works.
