I am a new customer who joined with the hope and promise of getting the sunday ticket. I was promosed I would get an email by 9/7 to accept the promo and get started. I contected Versizon on 9/7 and was promised and email was imminent and to wait 48 hours. I did just that and then contact customer support for help again on the 13th and have. They escalated and stated I would have the email to get no later than the 18th but more than likely sooner.
I contact support again today since now 1/8 of the promotion ahs expired. Two hours on chat and I am still getting the run around on what to do and how to get this activated.
Feel like the promo is false advertisement or customer support does not know how to handle this. But from the forums on the internet seems like this is an epidemic.
