Network Extender 4G LTE

We recently upgraded our phones from Iphone 8 to Iphone 12 and discovered we now have poor signal quality at our house since they have not upgraded the nearby towers. Verizon sent us a Network extender 4G LTE, which we installed and plugged into our WOWWay internet modem and it initialized just fine and seemed to work right off the bat. But, we started noticing that we will receive calls were we can hear people, but they can't hear us and it would take up to three call backs before we could finally hear them and they heard us. This is occurring all the time now and we don't know what is going on or what to do to fix it.

Anyone else having the same issues?

We know how important it is to make sure you stay connected, we'll be glad to help out. Do you have a hardwired connection for your router? What are the speeds you get with your home internet?

Yes, the connection is wired directly into the modem and we have the highest speed the internet provider offers and that is 1.2 GB.

I had to reboot the Verizon network extender again this morning, after attempting to make a call. The person I was calling could here me, but I could not hear them.

There was also an alarm code.
