There is very poor wireless coverage in my area. The high school on sea mountain highway little river S.C. (north Myrtle Beach high school) has zero service. Sea coast hospital across the street also has zero service. There is no outage it’s just bad service for the last 2 years. Anyway of finding out if this problem will be addressed or do I have to switch carriers
Hello Dgy1130. Having service issues can be frustrating and we apologize for this whole ordeal. Cell sites are shared resources, similar to a highway. While traffic jams may slow things down, I have solutions to assist you. If available, Wi-Fi complements our network and enhances your experience. We are always working to expand and improve the network where possible however we do not have specific information regarding future build plans in your area.
