Never received my Verizon e-gift cards after switching carriers

My family bought 4 phones from Verizon when we switched from AT&T. The sales chat agent assured us that we would get 4 $200 e-gift cards (1 gift card per line) and we even have the chat transcript saved for reference.
But, to our surprise, we did not receive the cards yet.
Further, the next sales chat agent told us that we do not qualify for this since we did not buy it from BestBuy ?

We tried to place the order on Sep 23rd on Verizon website when i saw this popup appear. Then i contacted customer service agent on chat who said that in order to get this offer she needs to place the order separately and apply the offer for 4 lines (instead of me)
