Purchased iPhone Pro 14 from Best Buy.com. Selected trade in of iPhone 13 pro. Transaction acknowledged. Picked up iPhone 14 pro. Never received an envelope in which to mail iPhone 13 pro. Now Verizon is charging me for trade in.
Verizon acknowledges error but cannot find a way to send a new return label in their system. While they try and figure it out, I still have a remaining past due balance and get threatened with collection and service cancellation from their financial services department.
Anyone else have this issue happen? Any suggestions?
