How do I get Verizon to add antennas to a new existing cell tower?
The cell tower I am asking about is 2-years old, and Verizon has not yet joined the tower.
My cell service is awful when at home. Dropped calls. No service.

Verizon has to be willing to pay the rent on using said tower - I'm pretty sure all the carriers no longer own their towers; they are renting space on them. There also has to be sufficient space on the tower for them to add their technology to it as every carrier's tech is different.
IMO you're better off switching carriers if your calls don't work at home. It's really amazing how one carrier will work somewhere and another just won't. I was shocked to find a competitor's service was absolutely awful at my home, while Verizon is great except for not getting 5G consistently!
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
