New Customer Trade in issue

I am new to Verizon. When I signed up I received $200 for both of my new lines via gift card. I decided to trade in MY device from AT&T to Verizon. I was offered $384 which I had the option to select PayPal Deposit or account credit. I chose PayPal Deposit. I have called over 50 times within the last 2 weeks because my device was received and inspected 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive my money! Even when I login my Verizon account it gives me a message saying my device was inspected and approved for the $384! I spoke with someone who claims they are going to send a reversal payment of the $384 to my card on file. If I do not receive the money for my device that I OWNED I will get a lawyer. I regret switching to this company!!!!!
