in a little pudunk town in pa near the NY border. Wanted new service with 2 a71s. Online the deal is 349.99 and 15 a month per phone promo. It has to be bought online but can be picked up in store. For some reason the website was having issues because the store did have a71s but it wouldn't let me pick up in store. So the salesman did his thing and said don't worry you'll get the best promo, lowest price.  I was hesitant when I saw the contract on the phone financing but he said don't worry thats retail price, the promo price kicks in after a month. OK cool I take him at his word. Come to find out it was NOT 349.99 it was 20 a month per phone which is 480. Why in the world would I do things in store just to lost over 260 in savings and a lower payment. So for taking someone's word I get messed up. I'm about to just return both phones and cancel service. Not to mention. When I did call verizon I waited 2 hours on hold. Yes I know covid is rough but verizon is a huge behemoth.  If my previous carrier could answer in a few mins a few hours is a joke.

was done this past Wednesday.  I immediately called support after reading the receipt that I got lied to. Who then told me so sorry there was nothing they could do. There's something I can do. Which is return everything and cancel all services. I haven't even taken the phones out of the box....

I've checked the $15.00 promotion for the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW, and this is currently online only but also only for new lines with an unlimited plan. Since you've just started up with us, I'm sure we can help make this a better experience with you and ensure you get that value with those new phones and service.

Whatever you do, don't blame the ones fielding those calls. From the other end, it's back to back which is as ridiculous as waiting over an hour on hold. Verizon brags about coverage, but does absolutely nothing about the customer experience. Look it up, they've closed a lot of centers down over the years.

As for the store, if a good deal is online, either complete online for 2 day shipping or call telesales. Stores are notorious for messing things up, phone reps don't like them either.

I have not got resolution to my queries as well. They will also not raise your problem to their management. 

 

I am still struggling to get resolution to my issues
