I live at the harrison in reston just east of reston town center. I used to get good service, but in the last month can rarely get more than one bar of service. I can’t receive calls and can rarely make outgoing ones. The minute i go further east, my signal works again. Please help!
We appreciate you bringing your service concerns to our attention, we want to make sure you get the best service availible to you. Have you noticed a significant difference between indoors and outdoors? Has the phone been restarted or any other changes that align with this?

It happens when i am in my apartment or on the east side of the building outside. It’s not my phone, because i have a great signal everywhere else
