I had very sentimental voicemails saved that were deleted (w/o warning) with the new upgrade. Is there any possible way to retrieve them? Any help is much appreciated.

I know how important this voicemail is to you and I definitely want to ensure that we're able to look into retrieving the voicemail. May I ask for your zip code this will help determine the mailbox access number that I will need to provide you. If you're part of a migration process you may have 30 days to access old voicemails.

Did you ever get this resolved?
Hopefully, Verizon was able to provide you with a Voicemail Access number. Then, you could use a website like www.SaveMyVM.com to permanently save them.
