I upgraded my XR for a free 14 in a Bristol Rhode Island store in may. I put the 200 total in cash so I would t be charged on my next bill. I received my next bill on June 24 with an amount due of 250$ I called Verizon they have NO record of me paying in cash at the store. The only 2 sales reps in the store that day stole my money! I’ve been trying to call a manager or district manager. They will not guide me in an anywhere but the wrong direction. I’m so frustrated and upset that anyone can STEAL that kind of money from someone. They have done this to me. Now they need to be shut down from doing it to someone else.
