No Return Envelope for Rebate for buying Iphone 6

I bought my Iphone 6 September 29th and was told I would get a return envelope within a week, and then ten business days. As you can see tomorrow marks a month since receiving my new phone. Verizon- Where is it?!!!!!

I am having the same issue, they keep giving me a run around, and giving me a number that no one ever answers. And they won't reply to my emails either. Just a scam to get you to pay them for a phone and then not give you the trade in as they said they would. If you take 200 dollars and times it by how many people that did the trade in you will see why they don't mind screwing over their customers.

I'm having the exact same problem.  I have tried Verizon Wireless Customer Support links and if you call, it says they are busy and call back later, you can't even hold for a rep.  If you email (which I did almost a week ago) you don't get a response.  I did the evaluation for turning in my iphone 4 when i ordered the iphone 6 and was told my trade in value was $200.  Now I'm down to $100 and no one will answer the phone or email requests.  Sure makes Verizon look silly on the iphones and I won't be suggesting anyone use Verizon.

go to www.trade-in.vzw.com    there is a contac us section.   one of the choices is that you did not recieve your return materials.  put in your email, your submission id and request to have the materials sent again through that.    there is a million people trying to call in the rebate hotline so it is very hard to get through to a person.   as long as you submitted your trade in request and have your submission id you will recieve your 200 dollars regardless of what it is saying your trade in is worth now

After receiving the email, that I still have, I then called customer support. I was told that they were sending me a box through UPS and that it would be here in 2 to 5 days, it is now day 7 and I still have not received that box either. They told me that the reason I did not get the envelop was that they did not have any, even though the email clearly stated they did and that it was sent. They also told me I could just take my old phone in to a verizon owned store and they would handle it, when I tried that they denied that as being an option and I would just have to get ahold of the trade in department. I will check out your suggestion and try that route. Thanks

it takes 7 buisness days for your materials to arrive,  IFFFFFF there wasnt 10 million people doing the trade in promo.   yes verizon did drop the ball on nnot being prepared, however as long as you submitted the rebate info before deadline and have your submission id you will eventually get your 200 dollars.   not fair to the custoemr but you are getting 200 bucks eventually
