Hi! We recently moved to 98059. This is a well populated area. I get zero to one bar at home. Had to turn on wifi calling to be able to make and receive calls. We have zero obstructions in the area. The only thing I can think of is we are on a hill. The cell towers are on the opposite side of the hill from me. People with T-Mobile and AT&T get service. Iโm told itโs a 5G area. But we get barely anything. We donโt know our neighbors so canโt ask what service they have.

If the towers are on the other side of the hill, then yes, the hill is in the way causing a dead zone. If your service is all right everywhere else and just not at home, then it's your decision on whether you want to stick to Wi-Fi while at home or try one of the other carriers.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

keedman, we always want to make sure that you receive the best available service in your area. Please tell us, do you experience SOS mode only within this location? To clarify, does this happen both indoors and outdoors?
