My husband and I have no service at home. I know my service isn't cut off, but I'm not understanding why I can only make emergency calls.

Massive outage nation wide. Millions of people don't have service right now including me. I live in Vegas.

Absolutely YES.  No electricity, no waterโ€ฆ. โ€” AND NO PHONE!   Canโ€™t call my insurance company  -  dropped calls, canโ€™t receive text with acct verification code!  Devastating storm damage and Verizon network is โ€œnot available in your areaโ€ 90% of the time.  Iโ€™m disgusted!

Please be sure to restart your phone with Wi-Fi to ensure the phone connects to the network as the device cannot connect if Wi-Fi is still on.

My phone is bricked. Iโ€™m stuck in SOS mode and the only solution is calling Verizon or using their chat bot. I canโ€™t make any calls, even to Verizon, not even to the *611, and the chat bot only answers with the typical troubleshooting measures, none of which work. When is Verizon going to get this fixed?

No service since around 9am EDT. Somehow my wife, on our same account but with a different device, has full service and use of her phone. Doesn't help me since my work revolves around my phone. Any update on when this outage will be fixed?

No service over here since 8am, Phx Arizona. My daughter has been able to use her phone and is on the same plan as me. Very frustrating!

I have this issue also and they won't fix for me. I still trying to get them to give me answers. 

Their website isn't working also. They owe for non-services recieved. This is a consistent issue.

Our phone service has been down since at least 9:00 this morning (it's now after 1:30). We have 3 phones - the 2 that are in San Diego at this time are both out, the 1 in PA seems to be working. We need our service. When will we be back up and running?
