There is limited to no cellular service in Plymouth, WI (53073). Especially near highway 57 and near a lot of commercial businesses. Maps don’t work, text messaging doesn’t work, etc…. We use MFA for work and we can’t use our phone unless we’re on Wi-Fi because cellular doesn’t work. I live and work in Plymouth and everyone with Verizon suffers from this outage. Most people advise going with another cellular provided because Verizon’s service is so terrible.
I truly hope Verizon will look into and fix this issue.

It’s been this way ever since I moved here in 2016. If you use Eastern Avenue and Hwy 57 as a starting point, half a mile to the west is dead 10 miles to the north 10 miles to the south, and roughly 10 miles to the east are all dead zones. No cellular service. I reported this back in 2017, but nothing has been done to fix the issue.

Yes, this needs to be addressed. There are no issues with the phone or troubleshooting anything. There is truly no service, and I also cannot get MFA texts or even the text from Verizon to login (kind of ironic) because my phone sits on SOS. Somehow coverage needs to be extended in Plymouth WI, 53073.

crabe, we understand the need for reliable service, and are sorry to hear about the service issues you've been experiencing. Please tell us, does this happen indoors and outdoors? How far do you have to travel before you notice an improvement in service?

I also have no service in the Plymouth area. Indoors, outdoors- doesn’t matter. I turn off 67 onto Hwy J and lose service just down the road all the way to Plymouth and in entire town

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and up-to-date software. The phone works perfectly everywhere Verizon has service, unfortunately, there is no service in Plymouth, WI. The phone does not function because there is no service. This is a known issue by all carriers and thought it would eventually be fixed when Verizon upgraded to 5G. Phone calls, texts, maps, Siri, and internet do NOT work. I have made numerous calls into support and reported this issue, but they always want me to clear network settings, which is a waste of time because the phone works great except in Plymouth, WI. Local businesses (Banks, CPA firms, Edward Jones, Fleet Farm, Jimmy John’s, coffee shops have to provide Wi-Fi because customers can’t access information on there phones because there is NO service.

I am having the exact same issue and have had it since I moved here in 2016. I have a iPhone 14 with everything up to date and I get limited coverage or no coverage almost everywhere in the Plymouth WI area. This happens both outside and inside places. Is there any plans to eventually get 5G in Plymouth WI or get a new cell tower so coverage doesn't drop? The coverage map shows there is coverage but there definitely is not coverage in the area. Everything BRILEH82 said is true with no services working and I really wish there was some plan to fix this issue.

I am able to use my WiFi at home but I live outside of Plymouth but I am in Plymouth almost everyday. This happens as soon as you get off the highway going into town and is still a on going issue. Is there any plans to add a tower in the area or maybe get 5G in Plymouth?
