Hi Community!
Something disturbing happened to me recently. Since last Friday, I lost all of my cell services including calls, texts, and internet, while the signal bar is full under 5G UW / 5G / LTE.
I have contacted Verizon and their advanced technicians multiple times - they helped me reset my phone, re-provision my network on Verizon side, switch from physical SIM to eSIM, transfer from SIM 1 slot to SIM 2 slot…basically everything. Unfortunately, none of those worked. The service were restored for a few minutes after reset / reboot, and then it went dark again every time.
I took my phone to Apple Store and ruled out the possibility of my phone being defective. I tested the cell services in NYC, and the irony part was that it worked very well in NYC. So it led me to think if this is a area-specific problem, rather than an individual case on the user end.
For your information, my phone is iPhone 13 and I live on Dudley st, Jersey City, NJ 07302.
Can someone please help me on this - really eager to solve the problem!

Not only at home, I noticed probably no services on my phone (still full signal bar) for two or three blocks.

Which iOS Version do you have installed on your phone? Does it always start to work for a bit after restarting?
