We have had Verizon since the beginning of time (in fact, it was called Cellular One back then). We have lived in this complex for 12 years. Our service has always been great. 

4 days ago, people started  telling me that I was "cutting out" during calls. Now, they hear about every other word I say because I only have one bar or my calls are dropped.  Now, my husband is now having the same problem. We  both have Samsungs, but not the same model.

Nothing here has changed. What should I do? There is no help online and calling Verizon without phone service is not possible. HELP.

I depend on my service on a daily basis, so I know how important it is to have my phone working at all times. Could you tell us what is your ZIP code? Are you having issues with other services?
