I have been on the phone daily for the last week trying to get my fios internet established- multiple calls daily, emailing title and mortgage info to multiple addresses as requested and still can't get service established. It worked great until I tired to establish my own account after buying the house. Now am having trouble getting through the phone he'll of their bridge and perpetual hold. Of course this doesn't stop them from billing me for the service they are NOT providing.
