A few things to check:
-Go to the "Get help from Verizon" box on the right and then use the "Check network status" link to see if there are any issues with the towers in your area.
-If you switched your plan from prepaid to postpaid or vice versa, that type of account migration is not a typical transfer of service. The last I'd heard, only the Inside Sales department knows how to do this type of migration correctly.
-Your account could need to be reprovisioned, or your eSIM replaced. I've read of quite a few instances where eSIMs had to be manually activated by a Verizon agent, because whatever the usual process is doesn't always work.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
