No one works for the customer at Verizon.

I have been in contact with two people at Verizon and even called several times and expressly asked that they call me back regarding a phone. I returned that they have still not credited me for. 

 

I have not been credited for a returned new iPhone 14 as promised, and had two appointments scheduled with the Agent, and he never kept them.  this was to process my getting a new phone s new phone and a refund for the phone that was returned months ago. 

I have scheduled at least three appointments, none of which have been kept by the Agent   

I have called Verizon and request requested that Agent 2  call me three times and I have never heard from her  she originally was very helpful in that she orchestrated the return of the iPhone 14  but she has not followed through on any request requests that she called me. I have expressly sent her email sent to her by Verizon staff to call me, but to no avail   I have done the same regarding Allan Martinez, and he has never called either  

originally I spent over an hour on the phone with the agent processing for a new phone would look like once he had processed the phone return,  I am paying over $300 a month to Verizon for three phones and this is how they treat me  

I think this has to be the worst service I have ever experienced from a company in the US.  

If any people in Verizon are reading this and can Contact contact me I would appreciate it  I have scheduled a call today between 1230 and 1pm But I know that Call will be made by someone offshore and that that person will not be able to do anything to help at all. 

Verizon doesn't seem to care about its customers at all. I'm looking to Move my lines And lines for a new business to another company   If you have any recommendations for another service provider, please let me know  I used to be with AT&T until Verizon pulled me away with the lucrative offers that never panned  now considering all options for other carriers
