I have been waiting weeks literally weeks for Verizon to refund my me my return they told me to send in because they sent me a refurbished phone that literally did not work! I have all notes in my account from Verizon employees saying this phone can not work. So I sent my phone in March 19th. Verizon app is still saying they have not received my return but with my ups tracking number it was delivered to dock on March 21st!
I paid for phone out of pocket for my medical child who needs a phone and am very tight on money and canโt purchase another one until I get my money back from this phone. WHY IS THIS TAKING SO LONG!? Extremely frustrating.
