So I was a little late paying my bill and paid it this morning. Now after restarting my phone, I have no service. Tried the chat and they said my service was active and I had a zero balance. Then ask another question and they are saying it went to collections even after they had received payment. I just want my service back. I can’t find any answers on Verizon to help me.
