Since august 12, 2024 there has been ZERO VERIZON SVCS in the Batavia/Clermont County, OH area!!!

WHY??!!

Untill this week the “no issues” in my area has become infuriating. Last few days now verizon has been acknowledged issues to voice, data, internet, etc… basically, ALL VERIZON “SERVICE.” Now going on 5 WEEKS!!!

I am part of a NP Gov verizon account plan. (Which I  SOOOOOOO DO NOOOOOOOOOOT RECOMMEND!!! Time-billable ratio= 🚫$ in YOUR account!!!!)   I have an iPhone 6S that’s been FINE till Aug 12 (yes, last month as of this post). Then service LITERALLY DROPPED OFF/DISAPPEARED/POOF!…. ZERO WARNING. ZERO HEADS UP. GOOSE EGGS!


Since then?? 1-2 bars, then flips to “NO SERVICE,” then flips to all grey bars, and add any combo of these  here that u want these - it’s happening. 

PLUS: 

CANNOT CALL 911!! (Can u say “ILLEGAL VERIZON!!!”), NO/cannot get CELL DATA/LTE ANYWHERE throughout tristate, CANNOT CONTACT MY LOCAL POLICE DEPT AS OUR COMMUNITY HAS BEEN INSTRUCTED TO DO for numerous reasons, only 4 ppl I can text with BECAUSE they 1.) r iPhone users, 2.) who use the cloud, otherwise the red “delivery failure” and icon plops on the screen. When I feel like self-torture further and I see I have 1-2 tiny bars I try to make a call to a friend or business and I have gotten the recording with “message 3,” or “message 4,” or other message #’s that absolutely do NOT apply! Even worse, anyone calling me (??!!) gets a recording stating my # is no longer in service!!!! 👹👹👹. WRONG!!!!! INFURIATINGLY WRONG!!! ENGAGINGLY FALSE!!! The amount of $$ lost from these ridiculous 5 wks I will not go in too. However, I have made my way around to the numerous Gov agencies and the 911 part is what has been the moving force. Oddly, emails coming and going HOWEVER! As of yet I am unsure if the emails r reaching my non-4 iPhone/iCloud users. iPhone internet searching ok but lags,drags, hangs still at times when it seems like the verizon network here has activity that we patrons cannot see without our secret verizon access (whatever 🙄). AGAIN, I AM ON MY WIFI NETWORK in order for ANY wireless iPhone “activity” to transpire. Home internet Svcs? Just fine. 

ZERO CELL DATA/LTE ANYWHERE! I have to wait till I rtn home on my NOT VERIZON wi-fi and reboot my iPhone  1-2x’s or my iPhone laaaaags, hangs, buffeeeeeeers… till I do  oh! And I’ve noticed “roaming” instead of blank grey bars staring back at me or being yelled at with “NO SERVICE”!!!!!! has occasionally  popped up as well  

I have literally been to 5 stores, I have done messaging, AI help, emails, etc., etc. LITERALLY - EVERYTHING. My head and my verbal filter become unhinged when I am told to call or given whatever useless verizon phone number that was generated that week and then told to call 👹 since I have ZERO CALLS IN ZERO CALL CAPABILITIES OUT phone calls r not an option LAZY VERIZON PPL!!

i have remove my SIM card about 5x’s, gently “wiped” it off, used an air bulb to blow it off (so I don’t accidentally spit on it, but that isn’t sounding so bad at this dreadful point?), reinserted, zero/nothing/same still nothing happening. Card looks good. Got an extra sim card  from the ONLY Mgr in a store willing to make effort to help. But cannot use that new sim yet till I hear from a rep allegedly in charge of the verizon business accounts in my tristate. Allegedly only reps assigned to the NP Gov accounts can help 🙄. And I know how HORRENDOUSLY ABSENT those “reps” are!!!! (See beginning of this post.) So, IF ANYONE KNOWS WHO RUBY is in the verizon business sector… CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY plz!! 

At this point, I’m about to sing lullabies to the SIM card/verizon network or go for an exorcism. 

****I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT CELL SVCS and EMERGENCY CALL SVCS FOR 5 WEEKS VERIZON!!! **** (leaving out my temporary cell Svcs here just for those of u wondering why 5wks without cell capabilities… when the disorientation, the sweating, the anxiety attacks, the technological disconnection and the ONE debilitating panic attack of realizing that MY - MYYYY Verizon (that’s rt! Not getting into that cavity here) - 20+yo phone number from personal and business use that has connected my to friends and clients across the country for 20+ YEARS (!!!) is being held hostage and falsely conveying  it/my phone#AND I no longer exist, hit me hard!!! it was either go temporary  till Verizon is resolved or booted to the curb. And, OH YES,  u can be sure I WILL be sending u MY invoice for the $$$$$$ u have cost me verizon, NP  - and yes, it IS legal. I’ve collected on other companies doing similar actions as well. Back to the main topic here…)

ANY HELP/SUGGESTIONS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

ANYONE KNOW WHY VERIZON WIRELESS WOULD BE DOWN FOR OVER A MONTH IN A LOCATION???!   (Neighbors effected too.)

If you're using an iPhone 6S, it originally released in 2015 and is now obsolete or about to be, as Apple will not be supporting iOS 15 for much longer?  Also, with Verizon having done assorted upgrades to their network over recent months, your phone may not be compatible with current technology.  Not sure how they got "7 years" with the statement below though.

Tku  for that on apple iPhone 6S. Just like Verizon apple is contracting all their info as well. 
I STILL DO NOT HAVE CALLING CAPABILITIES.

I HAVE NO INE IN ANY PART OF VERIZON HELPING.  NOT ONE!!

the one rep who was supposed to be the account rep is no longer our rep nor even in our state!! But Verizon still has them. 

HEY VERIZON!! I WANY MY PHONE NUMBER NOW!!!

Hello, GermnShepDogs. My apologies to hear of your experience as we always want out customers to have service and the ability to contact us. Please tell me more. Is your phone on a business account by chance? Do you have a point of contact on the account who makes account changes? Please clarify.
